Folk songs over the ages have dealt with contemporary issues.  

 Pesha has taken this idea and applied a more classical foundation, a modern up-beat framework; and dealt with matters, which affect people; this has created a heady cocktail for the listening public.

 “It is very important to me that my songs have a positive and high moral content” She said.

 Most of the songs have a story line.... short stories, which can be sung within a few minutes. “I hope people take the time to read the songs and imagine the scenes in their mind.” Pesha continued

 A wide range of audience should enjoy these songs. Many of the songs are at different levels like Gulliver's Travels (which children love to read but which the adults know to be a political satire.) this should make them timeless and enduring.
